Friday & Saturday Evening Dinner Reservations Information

As a registrant in the Vintage Aircraft Program at the North Georgia Transportation Expo on Friday-Sunday, Sept. 12-14, 2008, at Rome, GA, You Are Invited to Join the Air Show Performers, the Sponsors & the Expo Staff at Our Catered Dinner on Friday & Saturday Evenings in the New Hangar of Coosa Valley Technical College, Located on the Air Show Airport Site.  Payment for dinner will be collected at the door.

Friday's Menu:
1.  Salad
2.  Choice of Three Italian Entrees
3.  Pasta
4.  Dessert
5.  Beverages - Coffee, Iced Tea,
Water, Soft Drinks (Beer & Wine
Available at Additional Charge)
 Saturday's Menu:
1.  Salad
2.  Steak, Chicken or Fish
3.  Baked Potato
4.  Vegetable
5.  Dessert
6.  Beverages (Same as Friday)


Cost:
1.  Friday: $17.50 per person - 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
2.  Saturday: $17.50 per person - 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Hotel Reservations Information

You Will Be Charged One Night’s Rate as a Deposit.  Cancellation Accepted Up to 72 Hours Prior to Check-In Date.  Credit Will Be Immediate.  Confirmation Sent Upon Receipt of Your Reservation Request.  No Reservation Taken After September 11, 2008.  If Your Hotel Selection Is Sold Out, You Will Be Notified & Asked to Make Another Selection.

Car Rental Information

Vehicle Pick Up is at the Airport.  Vehicle Must Be Returned to the Airport by 1:00 PM Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, unless other arrangements are made it advance.
  • 2-Day Minimum Rental
  • $50 Deposit for Guaranteed Reservation
  • Rate DOES NOT include 7% sales tax
  • 3-Day Notice Required for Cancellation
  • Does Not Include Insurance or Fuel
  • Credit Card Required
