Volunteering for the 2008 Transportation Expo Air Show, Classic Car Show, and Vintage Aircraft Experience is a fun way to get involved in a community event.  While you are working you will see, hear, and feel the excitement all around you.  Possibly you will work with some friends or neighbors.  For sure you will work with people who want to help their community and make a difference!

We are looking for enthusiastic adults, 18 and older, and mature teens to volunteer their time on one or both of the show days.  We also need help in the week leading up to the show to get the show set up, and in the few days after the show to bring the airport back to normal.  

We have all kinds of tasks – a physical disability is not a problem if you want to help.  We would like volunteers to spend the day (or days!) with us, around 8 hours or so, and lunch will be provided.  If you can stay longer, great!  We have some jobs that will start early in the morning and may finish up in the early afternoon.  Others will begin later in the day and extend into the early evening.  They are all important!

In addition to lunch, morning coffee or other beverage, and water during the day, you will receive the prized TRANSPORTATION EXPO VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT, yours to keep and wear proudly.

Complete this form in its entirety and mail to:  Transportation Expo, 4308 Deep Springs Court, Kennesaw, GA 30144, or FAX to (770) 672-0808.  Forms that are not signed AND witnessed will not be accepted.  It is very important that you provide a telephone number and/or an e-mail address where you can be reached.  Please submit before September 3, if possible.  An orientation and training session where you will receive your work assignment and meet some of the people you will be working with will be conducted in the days prior to the show.
